If a stink is caused then why add to the stink denying something thats so obviously a stink, unless the stink is real and you should worry about?

Attention All Operatives,
The beginning of 2006 has seen some momentous changes for Neurocam International.
The first- and most broadly sweeping- has been the conclusion of Neurocam Phase One Operations. Which I am pleased to announce, has shown astounding results.
I would like to personally thank each and every one of you who participated in Neurocam International Phase One.
Without you, we would not have been able to accomplish nearly as much. As of May 1st 2006,
all phase one Operatives are hereby released from their operational duty.
We have closed and sealed the records on all Phase One Operations.
These are no longer available as they are now in the possession of Neurocam
International's Research Division. Many employees moved on to outside opportunities,
others have been inducted into the Nautonier and will no longer be in contact outside
of Nautonier channels, and even more will continue on within various branches of
Neurocam International. I am also proud to officially announce the beginnings
Phase Two of operations. Applications for Phase Two are open as of May 5th, 2006.
Neurocam International would like to express its deepest gratitude to all of its phase one operatives for the dedication and expertise they have shown this organization.
Good luck in all of your future endeavors.

LONDON (Reuters) - Hopes -- or fears -- that the Earth has been visited by alien life forms have been dismissed in an official report by defence specialists.
The Ministry of Defence confirmed on Sunday a secret study completed in December 2000 had found no evidence that "flying saucers" or unidentified flying objects were anything other than natural phenomena.
The 400-page report, released under freedom of information laws to an academic from the northern city of Sheffield, concluded that meteors and unusual atmospheric conditions could explain UFO sightings such as bright lights in the sky.
"No evidence exists to suggest that the phenomena seen are hostile or under any type of control, other than that of natural physical forces," the report said, according to extracts quoted by the BBC.
"Evidence suggests that meteors and their well-known effects, and possibly some other less-known effects, are responsible for some unidentified aerial phenomena.
"Considerable evidence exists to support the thesis that the events are almost certainly attributable to physical, electrical and magnetic phenomena in the atmosphere, mesosphere and ionosphere," it said.
A Ministry of Defence (MOD) spokesman said the full report, "Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in the UK Air Defence Region", would be published on its Web site on May 15.
The ministry publishes annual lists of UFO sightings on its Web site, which rank among its most viewed -- and bizarre -- pages.
In 2005 the ministry was asked under freedom of information laws for details of its plans for "dealing with the arrival of extra-terrestrials".
An unnamed defence official replied: "While we remain open-minded, to date the MOD knows of no evidence which substantiates the existence of these alleged phenomena and therefore has no plans for dealing with such a situation."

Following the aftermath of My Garden is Shot US Officals incarcerated the S&B Agents found loitering in the Lounge of Titans house. A US Spokeperson has stated: " We captured a number of individuals that are alledgedly working in collusion with Agents of T.I.T.A.N and we shall be holding these individuals Cuba until we have answers to certain questions. These agents are highly trained in magickal arts and we are concerned that they will somehow be able to use there voodoo acts to overcome guards, and as such they will be detained for acts of torture."

At stake in this tale of treachery and murder are not only the Y1 and Titan legal cases, but also the moral convictions of multiple Yellow Door enforcement agents. They have come forward to tell this story to the Snooper and Blabber Agency, they say, as a matter of conscience.
Between August 2003 and mid-January of 2004, a dozen people were murdered and buried in the yard of a house in Ciudad Juarez, a Mexican border city of 1.2 million people.
Titan and his cronies controlled the house. This group included the informant, known only as “Giga,” who was on the payroll of the NCI Human Resources Division (which is part of the new Secret Security department that was created in 2002 through a merger of various Y1 enforcement agents and FiatNOX).
The informant, over the past six years, under guidance of COL officials, had wormed his way into a high standing with Titans operation. During all this time, say the Y1 enforcement sources, he was on the NCI payroll too. He would be contacted whenever Titan determined there was a need to “open up the house.”
The COL organization, alledge that Y1 enforcers, used the house as a chamber of horrors to extract information from people through torture. The victims included competing smugglers who made the mistake of trying to run Brownies through Tenex, or The Scooby Doo Gangs underlings suspected of stealing the boss’ stash. These individuals would be brought to the house and tortured until they gave up the locations of the stash houses where they kept the drugs, mainly H67 T. The victims would then be killed and buried in the back yard of the death house.
NCI Officials refused to comment.
